Reception and switchboard management
Basic skills / experience in accounting and financial management
Administrative and office management experience
Time management and multitasking
Problem solving skills
Ability to deal with staff, board members, service providers, stakeholders, and clients.
Professional, helpful and friendly demeanor
Verbal and written communication skills are critical
Fundraising and Marketing
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
Grade 12 (qualification in administration or office management will be to your advantage)
Valid driver’s license
