DESCRIPTION

This is a full day position from 7:45 am to 4:30 pm.

We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks, projects and administrative tasks. Administrative assistant duties include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting with day-to-day office needs, and managing the general administrative activities of our company.

The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools such as MS Excel, ServiceM8 and other applications. Ultimately, a successful administrative assistant must ensure the smooth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

General Office Manager

Answer and direct phone calls

Develop and maintain a filing system.

Update and maintain office policies and procedures.

Order office supplies and research new offers and suppliers

BIBC Returns and BIBC Employee Registration

Customer Support

Write and distribute correspondence by email

Maintain email and contact lists

Manage booklet printing, etc.

Track customer payments

Projects

Assist in the preparation of quotes.

SSEG application process and submission

Preparation of new customer packages and start-up package

Help the projects run smoothly

Help manage the project profitably

Financial

Help with the monthly cash flow file

Biweekly salaries in VIP payroll

Check and compare the invoices with the order database.

PAYE / UIF shipments.

REQUIREMENTS

Resident in the Helderberg Basin or within reasonable travel distance.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or administrative office assistant.

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Mastery of MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent skills in written and verbal communication

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

Education Grade 12

Additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary is ideal.

SALARY

R10000 per month neg.
