RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain strong and loyal relationships with reseller clients and respective vendor staff.
Sales visits and presentations to present product packages, services and combinations to customers.
Demonstrate IT teams to highlight product benefits.
Set sales goals and implement a plan to meet those goals.
Provide assistance to reseller sales staff whenever necessary with information and quotes.
Process and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
Build relationships with vendor account managers and staff
When needed, help with the preparation of price quotes and reseller proposals and work alongside other members of the software team to ensure brand awareness.
REQUIREMENTS
Matric / Grade 12
Advanced MS Office Skills (MS Dynamics AX Advantage)
Checked sales history
Minimum 3 years experience in software sales
Software licensing experience
