- Certified ID copy.
- Certified matric certificate.
- Proof of payment. ( Deposit inside the bank not ATM).
- Certificate of conduct ( if you have studied at another tertiary institution before, whether University or College)
- Academic record( if you studied at any other tertiary institution).
NB: if your application does not have any of the supporting documents where applicable, your application will not be processed by the University.
