Our client, a leader in the textile manufacturing industry, seeks to employ an experienced Production Manager for their Lesotho based operation.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12 Certificate
Completed Degree or Diploma in Business Management
Completed Certificate in Production Management – highly advantageous
10 years’ experience in the Production / Manufacturing industry is a must
Minimum of 5 years management level experience required
Applicants must have strong business/ financial acumen
Valid driver’s license essential
Be in possession of a valid passport
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate would be required, but not limited to;
Plan and organise production schedules
Assess projects and resource requirements
Managing production planning and output of the production lines
Determine quality control standards
Assume responsibility for maintaining zero defects
Facilitate productivity and quality standards in the production process
Ensure Health and Safety regulations are achieved
Managing staff within the facility
Salary Offering: R 55 000 – R 60 000 Total Cost to Company per month
