The Linmeyer Marist Brothers seeks to offer an enthusiastic and committed intern the opportunity to obtain on-the-job training while studying for a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or Psychology.
REQUIREMENTS
South African citizens residing in Johannesburg;
will be, in 2022, studying his 2nd – 4th year of studies for the degrees mentioned above (proof or registration must be attached to the application);
are from previously disadvantaged groups within South Africa;
have experience working with school-age children.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Disciplined and willing to embark on distance learning while working full time in a school setting;
Able to add value to the school’s Student Support Program;
Passionate about working with young children;
Enthusiastic, creative and innovative;
Willing to work and support the Catholic and Marist spirit of the school.
